A personalized start for your baby and family.
Service Description
This private enrollment appointment is for families who have toured Robbins Nest Nursery, received an enrollment offer, and secured their child’s space. During our appointment, we’ll complete the required enrollment paperwork, review important program policies, discuss your baby’s routines and individual care needs, and answer any remaining questions. Together, we’ll create a personalized care plan covering feeding, sleep, comfort, development, and your family’s preferences so your baby’s transition into care feels as smooth and supported as possible. Please allow approximately 45 minutes and bring your baby with you if possible. Both parents or guardians are welcome to attend.
Cancellation Policy
Enrollment appointments are reserved for families who have toured Robbins Nest Nursery, received an enrollment offer, and secured their child’s space. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $35 fee. Families arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule so we have enough time to thoughtfully complete the enrollment process. Please bring all requested information and forms to your appointment. Enrollment is not considered complete until all required paperwork and payments have been received.
