Because we are a small, specialized program, our enrollment process is designed to ensure the best fit for both the child and our nursery community. Here’s what to expect: 1. Submit the Interest Form To be considered for enrollment, families must first complete our Interest Form. When a spot becomes available, we invite selected families to schedule a private tour. 2. Tours Are Required All families must attend an individual tour—either in person or virtually—before being offered a spot. Tours allow us to get to know your family and share important information about our program and environment. 3. How Enrollment Decisions Are Made Enrollment is not first-come, first-served. We prioritize: Infant age (younger infants help reduce group turnover) Siblings of current/former children Referrals from current/former families Ultimately, we select the family that feels like the best overall fit for our group and care philosophy. 4. Holding a Spot If you are offered a spot and wish to delay your child’s start date, we require full tuition payments beginning when the spot becomes available. You may use the spot as much or as little as you like during this period. Spots can be held for a maximum of 6 months. 5. Securing Enrollment To officially enroll, a deposit equal to one month of tuition is required. This deposit is applied to your child’s final month of care with us. While we ask for a response within one week of an offer, please note that we may offer the space to another family who is ready to enroll sooner. We look forward to meeting you!
